Transportation-Many Roman leaders built roads for their army's travel easier, in the middle ages, Europeans depended on the roads that they built for transportation by coaches or carts
-The roads that the Roman leaders had built, had to be modified because of the need for better roads for the "new" transportation-Merchants depended on ships and coaches to trade goods to more people -Many ships were rebuilt and modified to contain larger quantities and to travel longer distances -With these new modifications, Christopher Columbus traveled to America -Merchants depended on ships and coaches to trade goods to more people |
